Deeply influenced by bellydance, yoga, and intuitive and expressive dance, these classes will center on your Center. Using simple movements that come naturally to the body's skeletal structure, we will deepen connections with our core musculature, creating playful ease in the joints, while exploring strength in fluidity. Perfect for beginners and more experienced dancers, alike.
